We clean our teeth the wrong way. We get different information from dentists, dental (relating to your teeth) textbooks and toothpaste instructions (the written information that tells us how to do something). They tell us five different ways of brushing. They tell us to move the toothbrush along the teeth in circular movements. But, researchers say we should move the toothbrush backwards and forwards.
A professor said we need good information on (about) tooth-brushing. We should not brush more than twice (two times) a day. This may damage the tooth. We should brush for two to three minutes and not press hard. We shouldn’t clean our teeth after eating. This can damage our teeth. We should also clean our tongue.
