Today I am sick. I went (past tense of go) to the doctor.
I was in traffic. I ran (past tense of run) up the stairs to the doctor’s doctor’s office.
The doctor looked at me. The doctor said (past tense of say) to me, “your blood pressure is high.”
The doctor gave (past tense of give) me medications for my blood pressure.
But The doctors was wrong.
I asked myself, “Do I need this”.
