Happiness is something that all of us want but few of us know how to get happiness. Research (Study) shows that happy people make more money, do better at work, live longer than everyone else than other people. Many people think that happiness is “what you do, not what you have.” If you want to be happy, do these.
Happy people are grateful, that is they thank God and other people for the things they have. Being grateful can be difficult. However, being grateful can make the bad parts of life seem less difficult. Study shows that people who write down what they like are 25% happier than those who do not.
Happy people like themselves. Being happy with the outside world will never make a difference (change anything) in your life if you are unhappy with yourself. Being nice to yourself may seem strange at first, but the more you do it, the happier you will become.
Happiness moves from one person to another, and if you are among positive people, you’ll find yourself with the same attitude (the way you think, feel and behave). This is especially important when you have low confident (sure that you have the ability to do something)—happy people can help you even when you don’t feel like doing something yourself.
Happy people live a healthy life. They get regular exercise and eat fresh food. People who exercise and eat a diet (the foods that we eat each day) high in fresh foods and vegetables are more satisfied (happy) with their life than those who don’t.
