Everyone wants to be happy, but they don’t know how. Happiness is not what you have, but it is what you do. If you want to be happy, do these.
Be grateful (thank God) for the things you have. If you thank God and other people for the things you have, your life becomes easier.
Like yourself. If you don’t like yourself, you are not happy with your life. If you like other people, then you should like yourself, too.
Spend time with people who are happy. If you talk to people who are happy, you will become happy, too.
Eat the foods that are good for your body. People who eat fresh (new) foods and fruits don’t often become sick. Also, exercise (to run; to play sports; to go to the gymnasium) makes us feel better and happy.
