The first thing you must know is that difficult people are everywhere. Maybe you are one of them; Or maybe everyone is difficult during some moments (short time) of their life.
If you need to work with a person that you think is difficult, these useful strategies may help you deal with difficult people and keep your job!
Start a conversation (talk)
It depends on (It is affected by) the situation (the place and the condition that you are in), but usually, having a short conversation can help. There are some things you cannot change about the person, but if the problem is related to (is connected to) the job, you may need to talk about it.
If nothing has changed, it is probably time to talk about the issue (problem) to your boss. When the issue turns into (becomes) one (a problem) that affects (causes more problems for) your job, and that of your co-workers’ job, it is necessary to do something.
